The Best For Hearing staff is committed to the total hearing health needs of our patients and their families. Learning to adjust to your hearing instruments will take patience and cooperation, and we at BFH want you to be fully informed about what you can realistically expect from hearing with amplification.
Unparalleled Hearing Instrument Care - Best For Hearing will offer, free of charge, a one year limited manufacturer's warranty with the purchase of any hearing instrument. In addition, BFH offers a 2 year warranty, and an exclusive "Gold Plan," which is a comprehensive 3-year hearing instrument care, maintenance, and protection plan.
Lifetime Service Program - This long-term relationship will ensure that your instrument(s) which are under warranty will be cleaned, inspected and adjusted absolutely free of charge (with the exception of digitally programmable units), during their lifetime at any BFH location.
Individual Follow-up Schedule - Best For Hearing will outline a specific, personalized, follow-up schedule to help you during your adjustment period with your hearing instruments. We'll assist you in getting comfortable and knowledgeable about your prescribed hearing instruments, and we will make any necessary adjustments.
